Pasta
Pasta, an Italian staple food, is a delicacy made out of wheat flour, eggs or water.
The dish, though associated with Italy, is thought to be introduced by Marco Polo, to Italy, when he came back from China.
Pasta is available in two types of verities, dried and fresh.
Dried pasta does not contain eggs, while fresh one does.
Apart from this strong bifurcation, pastas, have a lot of varieties, there are more than hundreds of variants available with each one having its own unique flavour.
Pastas are being served from the 13th century and stand as a popular dish till today.
Served as the main course, salad or in a soup, pasta, is something to relish upon.
