The farming of Sunflower is done all over the globe with Russia being on the top in production.

It is a native to North America, where indigenous tribes cultivated it first.

The extraction process of oil has six steps, cleaning, de-hulling, grinding, pressing, solvent extraction and refining.

Sunflower oil is a nutrient rich oil, it has the highest amount of Vitamin E as compared to any other oil and has Vitamin A also. It may help in fighting cancer as well.
